Review of a Licence

Where problems associated with the licensing objectives occur at licensed premises, responsible authorities and/or interested parties may call for a review of the premises licence or club premises certificate. Examples of issues which may trigger a review are problems with underage drinking on the premises or nuisance being caused to local residents from excessively loud music. Any serious or regular breach of conditions attached to a premises licence could also lead to a review of the licence.
