Request for Copies Completion Certificates or Building Regulations Decision Notices

Please complete the following to request an emailed copy of a Completion certificate and/or Building Regulations Decision Notice.  Once a payment has been received, the copies will be emailed to you within two working days.  If your request is urgent, there may be a possibility to send the documents sooner, however this may incur an extra cost.

    2. Please note that these requests are for copies of notices and certificates that have already been issued. If you are in need of a final inspection so that a completion certificate can be issued please call 01895 837296

      Please note, we do not have documents relating to any work carried out by Approved Inspectors or work carried out under the Competent Persons Scheme eg FENSA, GASAFE, NICEIC, CORGI etc.

    3. Please ensure that the property this search relates to is within the Chiltern District Council or within the South Bucks District Council areas. If unsure this link can tell you which Council holds these records.
