Local Transport Modelling
The Local Transport Modelling has been undertaken in three phases and the latest phase is set out below. Previous phases are on the superseded evidence page.
Phase 3 Modelling Report
This report was commissioned by Chiltern and South Bucks District Council's and Buckinghamshire County Council to assess the potential impacts on the motorway junctions.
The Phase 3b Local Transport Modelling Report will be added in due course.
Phase 2B Modelling Report
This report relates to the potential impacts on the local road network and mitigation solutions. The main basis for the assessment of impacts in the report was the information in the Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) and the Green Belt Preferred Options (October 2016).
Phase 2B builds on the July 2016 version of the study - provided below.
The report is accompanied by separate Appendices B and C. These show estimated congestion (Congestion Ratio) and change in travel time (CTT) plots for the year 2036 for two scenarios. The two scenarios are a baseline (Do minimum (DM)) and a local plan growth scenario (Do something (DS)) at three different times of day - morning peak (AM), middle of the day (IP) and evening peak (PM). Individual maps can be accessed by clicking on the map title in the contents page for each Appendix.
July 2016 Version
Jacobs has been commissioned to assess the transport impact of the emerging joint Local Plan proposals of Chiltern (CDC) and South Bucks (SBDC) District Councils. Please note the Options contained in the document are the Options identified at the Initial Consultation Stage.
