Local Transport Modelling

Phase 2B Modelling Report

 

This report relates to the potential impacts on the local road network and mitigation solutions. The main basis for the assessment of impacts in the report was the information in the Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) and the Green Belt Preferred Options (October 2016).

Phase 2B builds on the July 2016 version of the study - provided below.

The report is accompanied by separate Appendices B and C. These show estimated congestion (Congestion Ratio) and change in travel time (CTT) plots for the year 2036 for two scenarios. The two scenarios are a baseline (Do minimum (DM)) and a local plan growth scenario (Do something (DS)) at three different times of day - morning peak (AM), middle of the day (IP) and evening peak (PM). Individual maps can be accessed by clicking on the map title in the contents page for each Appendix.
