      Your personal details are required so that we may contact you about your request.

      The address provided below is where the bulky collection will take place. Please ensure that this address is within our district. If you are making a payment for this service on behalf of a South Bucks resident, please ensure their details are entered below.

    2. Your email address will be used to contact you about the bulky collection. We currently have an email alert service where we email residents with information such as collection day changes over bank holidays, and inclement weather updates. If you would like to receive these emails, please tick the box below.
    3. Collection Details

      Please note we will only collect Free-Standing household items. We are unable to collect household fixtures and fittings, DIY, garden or business waste.

The concessionary rate is available to residents in receipt of the following benefits – Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit, Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support, Employment and Support Allowance, Pension Credit. If you select this option please note that you will be contacted to provide proof of your benefit which may delay your booking.

      • I understand that I will be charged £37.00/£16.00 for the removal of up to three items.
      • I understand that if claiming the concessionary rate I will be required to provide proof of my benefits received.
      • I understand that the inclusion of ineligible items will lead to a delay in the processing of my request or its cancellation. (If you are unsure of whether or not we can collect a specific item please refer to the table on the main Bulky Collection page or contact us on before you proceed with your booking.)
      • I understand that the omission or inaccuracy of details required on the form may lead to a delay in the processing of my request or its cancellation.
      • I understand that all items must be left outside my property for collection, as the operatives are not insured to enter private buildings, unless prior arrangement has been made and a disclaimer signed.
