Residents are issued with the following containers as standard:
- 240 litre black wheelie bin for refuse
- 240 litre blue lidded wheelie bin for mixed recycling
- 23 litre lockable brown food waste bin
- 5 litre silver kitchen caddy
- Paper box
- Blue recycling sacks (notified properties only)
Lost, damaged or stolen

New bins for new build properties
If you have moved into a new build property and require a bin, contact the developer or your landlord who will order one from us.
Smaller or larger bin
Residents can request a smaller 140-litre bin using our online form
Please note! We are experiencing delays with our bin supplier and are unable to process new requests for larger bins. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We will attempt to repair damaged bins and boxes. The damaged bin or box must be presented so that we can attempt to repair the bin or box. If we are unable to repair the bin or box, we will replace it, and remove the broken container. If your bin has been damaged but is repairable, please email email@example.com
We aim to deliver bins within 14 working days of the request being received; you do not need to be home, as we will try to leave the bin in a secure place wherever possible.
