This page contains additional information on the New Licensing Act, including the procedure for making representations regarding club certificates, premises or personal licences and guidance on steps premises and clubs can take to ensure that they comply with the 4 licensing objectives.

For those who have applied for a personal licence under the new licensing regime, but have not yet obtained the relevant qualification can use the link below to email the licensing team to request an information pack – obtaining an accredited qualification.
