Prosecutions Register

South Bucks is responsible for enforcing licensing and public healthlegislation including Health and Safety and standards in foodpremises. Registers are maintained of Enforcement actions relating tobusinesses in the district. If businesses have been prosecuted forHealth and Safety breaches, the details are made available on theHealth and Safety Executive website - via Health and Safety Executive's Public Register of Convictions website.
