Driver/Vehicle Renewal Application Forms

PLEASE NOTE:
The Licensing Team operates an appointment only system when submitting applications. Please contact the Licensing Team and an appointment will be arranged for you to see a licensing officer.

Please be reminded that all forms must be signed by the Applicant and a licensed operator where required. Any forms received not completed in full with all the required accompanying documentation will be deemed invalid and returned immediately to the Applicant. A digital photograph will be taken of the Applicant at your renewal appointment for file records.

All renewal applications must be made at least seven working days before the expiry of your existing licence. Unfortunately if a licence expires you will be required to apply for a new licence.
