Purpose and Aims:
To provide special palliative care for terminally ill patients in their own home within the Chiltern & South Bucks areas of Bucks and Hertfordshire. Volunteers undertake roles in administration, charity shops, fund-raising events, manning the mobile information
unit, home-visiting patients and driving.

To maintain a two-acre wildlife garden where people with disabilities and schools and community groups can take part in various natural history, related subjects, also gardening activities including horticultural therapy.
