Alcohol

Persistent heavy drinking can lead to many problems for the individual concerned and their family, friends, and work colleagues.
In addition to these, alcohol is seen as an aggravating factor in many incidences of violent crime, including domestic violence. One way South Bucks District Council is working to help reduce alcohol related crime is by working with the local pub watch schemes which have been set up in Beaconsfield, Burnham, and Iver, with the message that once banned from one pub in that area, an individual is banned from all the pubs.
