Complaints to the Local Government Ombudsman
e are working hard to provide good quality, cost-effective services that meet the needs and wishes of our residents and service users. We welcome customer feedback, both about what we have done well and how we could improve. In particular, we take customer complaints very seriously.
The Local Government Ombudsman is an independent person who investigates allegations of maladministration causing injustice to the person who has complained. The Ombudsman investigates complaints about most Council matters including housing, planning, education, social services, and council tax.
