Everyone living in South Bucks is different; often with unique needs and differing views on service delivery. We aim to put our customers at the heart of everything we do to provide the services that meet their needs. We also want to find out what residents and partners think about our policies, strategies and plans.

We offer residents a range of methods to engage and consult with us, not wishing to create barriers that would restrict certain groups in telling us how we can make improvements.
