Council Expenditure

This page provides information about the Council’s expenditure.

The spend information is available to be viewed by the last financial year using the Spotlightonspend portal. This provides a means to view the Council’s expenditure by spend categories, e.g. mail services; construction; financial services.

When viewing the information please note the following:

• All expenditure is ex VAT.
• All payments less than £500 are excluded.
• All payments to individuals have been removed on the grounds of confidentiality.
• Under the heading “Consultancy” is included the expenditure on the Council’s outsourced contract for council tax, council tax benefits and housing benefits.
• Under the heading “Catering” is the catering contract at Farnham Park Golf Course.

In addition the Council is publishing on a quarterly basis files of raw data on payments over £500 made in the current financial year.
