  You need your User ID and Password, you can find this on your Council Tax bill. If you do not have this information then you may contact us by email at ctax@southbucks.gov.uk or phone us on 01895 837500 to request these details.
  
  Staff are available each week day (apart from Bank Holidays) from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm to deal with your enquiries. We will ask you certain questions regarding your account and on satisfactory reply we will advise you of your User ID and Password. From that point onward you can start using the internet to browse the information related to your account.
