Customer Services

Customer Services aim to provide an efficient and friendly service to deal with all face to face enquiries and provide council switchboard services and waste management telephone enquiries. We are situated in the reception area of the Council offices.

Customer Service Advisors have been trained to deal with a wide range of council enquiries across all service areas providing the customer with one point of contact. Areas of expertise include Concessionary Fares, Council Tax and Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit, Environmental issues, Licensing, Electoral Registration, Refuse and Recycling, Penalty Charge Notices and parking information, housing advice and the making of council payments.

We are open:-

Monday - Wednesday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Thursday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Weekend - CLOSED
