Dangerous Structures and Public Safety
A dangerous building is one that is liable to collapse. We deal with dangerous buildings and structures under the Building Act 1984. Our service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you believe a building (or structure) is liable to collapse, please phone us urgently on 01895 837212 during office hours. Out of hours we deal with dangerous buildings in conjunction with the emergency services.
