Approach to Conditions Precedent

It is the responsibility of the developer/applicant to ensure that a development proceeds in accordance with the approved details and in compliance with any conditions on the planning permission. Where conditions precedent (conditions which require compliance before any development starts) have not been complied with any development purporting to benefit from the planning permission will be unauthorised. The Development Control section will not normally approve details required by a condition precedent retrospectively and a new application will be required.
