Viewing Plans and Other Documents
At the moment you can view applications and their progress and access all the functionality listed above inclusive of plans, applications forms etc.  This functionality is part of a new project to scan in documents related to new applications received from the 12th March onwards so that they can be made available to the public. Applications previous to this date can be viewed at the council offices without prior arrangement.

All documents are however available to view in reception at the Council's offices at Capswood.  Up to and including 1996 applications and related documents are available to be viewed on microfiche.  From 1997 to 2000, the documents have been scanned onto CD and can be viewed on a terminal in reception.  From 2000 the information is currently only available in paper format.  Copies of all public documents can be obtained for a charge from reception, subject to copyright and restrictions.
