South Bucks District Council offers residents a comprehensive subsidised pest control service for domestic premises. Additional support is available for customers in receipt of certain qualifying benefits.

  • Payment for treatments is normally collected by debit or credit card when you make your booking and it is confirmed.
  • You have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund at any time up to commencement of the treatment.
  • You must accept our contractor’s treatment terms and conditions before any work can take place.
Treatments are provided free of charge to those who are in receipt of income-related benefit and/or disability benefit. The income related benefits being Income Support, Income based Job Seekers Allowance, Housing Benefit, Local Council Tax Reduction Scheme, Disabled Persons Tax Credit, Pension Guarantee Credit and Universal Credit. Evidence of registered disabled will be: Personal Independence Payments; Attendance Allowance; Employment and Support Allowance; Incapacity Benefit; Armed Forces Independence Payment and Severe Disablement Allowance. The person registered disabled must be the home owner/occupier rather than receiving it on behalf of a child. You will be required to show proof of benefit and a utility bill to confirm your address to the pest technicians when they call.
