The Safety Advisory Group (SAG) was formed in 2005 and the groups first meeting took place on 7 December 2005. Since then the group meet twice a year to discuss forthcoming events and any problems that occurred with previous events.
Members of SAG include the Thames Valley Police, Bucks Fire & Rescue Service, South Central Ambulance Service, South Bucks District Council and Buckinghamshire County Council Highways. If necessary representatives from adjacent authorities or emergency services would be invited to attend or comment on events planned in South Bucks.
South Bucks District Council have put together an Event Safety Guide which provides useful information for event organisers and towards the back of the guide is a SAG Information Form and if completed would provide the SAG with helpful information regarding any event to be held within our district.
