Estate Management Services

Estate and Asset Management is responsible for the management of the Council's Non Operational Land Portfolio and property advice.

This includes:

• Land and property held for investment purposes (shops, offices, industrial premises).
• The Council's Agricultural Estate, including land used for gravel extraction. 
• Management, acquisition and disposal of land for the Council.

Estate and Asset Management also manages a variety of contracts awarded to external contractors who provide the following services:

• The provision of Right To Buy valuations
• The management of the Council's commercial and industrial properties 
• The management of the Council's Agricultural Estate 
• The provision of valuations for Asset Value and Insurance purposes 
• The review of Rating Assessments of the Council occupied properties
