Grass Cutting and Verges
The responsibility for maintaining the cutting of grass is dependent on the location.  Grass cutting of highway verges is the responsibility of Buckinghamshire County Council . (Opens New Window to Bucks County Council)

Public Open Spaces are the responsibility of District Councils, Parish Councils or Housing Associations.
South Bucks District Council, along with some Parishes, do cut sections of highway verge on County's behalf.

Public Open Spaces
There is no statutory obligation for amenity cutting. Each District or Parish Council or Housing Association makes its own decision on the number and height of cuts each year.
Enquiries regarding a specific site should be made to the District Council and may be referred to Parish Councils or Housing Associations in some instances.
