Fees For Searches, Copy Documents

Applicable from 30th July 2010

As from 1st January 2009 our search fee will be just £95.  Please see table below:

*NLIS/TM Search Choice may also add an administrative charge for the use of their service.

Please note that a plan in duplicate is required with every search and that cheques should be made payable to 'South Bucks District Council'.

Copies of documents requested will not be charged for unless in excess of 50 pages when the charges will be 10p per sheet.
