Decision Notices are loaded onto the website weekly and are available to view from 6 working days after the Decision Notices have been issued. Once a decision has been made however the Decision Notices are for reference and information only. The document available on the website does not constitute a valid copy of the planning consent. The signature has been removed from the documents available on the website and does not constitute a valid copy of the planning consent, however the information contained within them is as legally binding as the original and any subsequent signed copies. South Bucks District Council has now improved on its online planning service by increasing the amount and accessibility of information available to the public. As from the 12th March 2007 plans can be viewed via our PublicAccess page below.

Please note that only valid planning applications received in to the council offices from the 12th March 2007 are available. Applications received prior to that date are available to view at the council offices without prior arrangement.
