Information On Planning Applications
The District Council deals with applications to develop land or buildings. You can read about the ways we tell people about the
applications we receive . You can also find out which
planning applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council. You are also able to view the Decision Notices once a decision has been made, however, the decision notices are for reference and information only and only relate to those issued on or after 23rd June 2005. To obtain a signed copy of the Decision Notice please contact South Bucks District Council on
Planning@southbucks.gov.uk or 01895 837210.
Please note as
from the 1st November 2006 the Council will require planning applications to include additional information. The site plan or block plan provided with the application should show the boundaries of the land to which the application relates, and the existing and proposed layout
with the distance of the proposed building to the boundary figured with metric dimensions. Failure to include this information will result in the application being invalid and returned.
South Bucks District Council has now improved on its online planning service by increasing the amount and accessibility of information available to the public. As from the
12th March 2007 plans can be viewed via our PublicAccess page below.
Please note that only valid planning applications received in to the council offices from the
12th March 2007 are available. Applications received prior to that date are available to view at the council offices without prior arrangement.
