The best way to make your application is online at www.planningportal.gov.uk

Please make sure that you refer to our list of Local Requirements below.

The Portal provide a number of tools and guides to help you prepare your application and submit it to us.

You can download and print paper copies of the forms from the links below or ring 01895 837200 and request that copies be sent to you. Please remember that you will still have to supply paper copies of all the required supporting documents and copies of plans. You will also have to calculate the necessary fees.

These forms should not be used to send applications to other local planning authorities as their local validation requirements may differ.

The Government introduced several new application types on 1st October 2009. They are:

Application for a Non-material Amendment Following a Grant of Planning Permission.
