Annual Monitoring Report

All Local Planning Authorities are required to produce a Monitoring Report. The main purpose of these reports is to monitor the effectiveness of planning policies and to recommend corrective action where necessary.  In South Bucks we have decided to produce a Monitoring Report on an annual basis.

The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) and supporting technical appendices covering the 2011/12 monitoring year are available to download below.

For ease of reference, the 2011/12 Housing Trajectory (included within the AMR) can also be downloaded as a separate document below.
