Evaluation of Transport Impacts

The Council has commissioned consultants Atkins to prepare an Evaluation of Transport Impacts (ETI) to inform the Core Strategy. The report evaluates the transport impacts of a number of potential development scenarios in South Bucks for the period to 2026, including that set out in the Proposed Submission Core Strategy (option 2b).

The Highways Agency has been involved in the ETI study from its inception. The agency has reviewed the version of the ETI from March 2010 and has suggested that some minor changes be made to it with regard to the Strategic Road Network. The ETI study has been revised accordingly and the updated version is shown below. The original version that was placed on the Council’s website alongside the Proposed Submission Core Strategy in March is available on request.

Please also note that a ‘Report of Evidence’ outlining the methodology applied in the ETI, as well as data sources has also been produced. This is too large a file to put on the website, but extracts of this can be made available on request.
