Planning and Building Control Online

Please note that Online Planning and Building Control will be unavailable from 0800 on Monday 6th September until early afternoon to undertake some pre-requisite updates required for mandatory changes to Buildlng Control.  This notice will be removed once the system is back up.  We apologise for any inconvenience.

South Bucks District Council has added Building Control to its online service. You can view applications deposited under the Building Regulations since 1993.

The Planning Online service enables you to view planning applications which have been submitted since April 2007.

To go into the Public Access service you will be required to agree to the Copyright and Disclaimer plus other limitations.

Planning Application for Caravan Park in Stoke Poges has been WITHDRAWN
The planning application for ‘Change of use of site to form a Caravan Park containing 12 mobile homes and 12 touring caravans’ on land at Stoke Wood, Stoke Poges (the subject of a newspaper article in the Bucks Advertiser on 27 May 2010), was formally withdrawn on 28 May 2010. No further action will be taken on this application.
