Recycling Boxes

SBDC currently run two kerbside recycling schemes, both utilise boxes for the storage of materials.

Recycling boxes
Black for paper and card collected fortnightly
Green for glass bottles and jars collected fortnightly
Separate Green for plastic bottles and cans collected fortnightly

Wheelie Bins
The default bin size for all residents on the Garden and Kitchen Waste Collection Trial is 240 litres.
Residents were asked 2 months before bins were delivered if they required a larger 340 litre bin (restricted to households with 5 or more permanent residents) or a 140 litre bin for smaller households.

Should you require extra boxes please call 01895 837362 or fill out the form below. Please note: we are currently experiencing high volumes of box orders so deliveries are taking longer than usual. Until your box is received please present plastic bottles and cans in a separate container to glass bottles and jars or in a clear plastic bags.
