Paradigm Housing Group was established in April 1999 and provides a wide range of housing and support services throughout the South, East Midlands and London. The Group includes Chiltern Hundreds Charitable Housing Association, Frays Charitable Housing Association, Paradigm Foyer, and Paradigm Homes, our commercial arm.
The Group has a turnover of £42 million per annum with total assets of 429.3 million. We have an active development programme to build and acquire affordable well designed, good quality homes for rent and sale and a borrowing capacity of £450m.
Paradigm is more than just a housing provider, it provides a range of care and support services to just under 25,000 people. Paradigm's stock portfolio contains a diverse mix of tenures including; affordable rent, shared ownership, key worker housing, foyer accommodation, supported housing, private for sale and private for rent. We have over 260 staff, manage 10,000 homes and are currently developing another 400 properties.
The Group believes in delivering a customer focused service by making sure its staff have the right skills to carry out their jobs and have accreditation from Investors in People. Chiltern Hundreds Housing has also gained Charter Mark status which acknowledges their excellence in customer service.
Paradigm Housing are a Preferred Partner of South Bucks District Council.
