Housing Register

This service is managed by Paradigm Housing on behalf of South Bucks District Council.

The Council has set Service Standards you can expect to receive from Paradigm Housing in this area of work.

The Housing Register is used by Housing Associations in South Bucks to find a new tenant when they have a vacancy.  Currently applicants to the Register are awarded points to reflect their circumstances and needs.  You need to re-register every year to ensure that the points accurately reflect your current situation and to make sure you remain on the list, you will be reminded to do this.  You should also inform them of any changes to your circumstances as they occur.

Anyone can join the Register, however the length of time you wait for an offer of accommodation will depend on your circumstances and needs.  You will be advised of the likely waiting time when you apply.
