Home Energy Efficiency and Affordable Warmth

Many of us may find it difficult to pay our energy bills, particularly over the winter period. Often this is because we are on limited income, we waste some of the energy we use or because our homes need a lot of energy to warm up.
Anyone who is struggling to heat their home or meet the spiralling cost of domestic fuel can call for free and impartial advice on:

  • National and Local government grants
  • Loft and Cavity wall insulation
  • Switching energy suppliers to make sure you are getting the best deal
  • Energy supplier’s social tariffs- reduced rates for pensioners and those claiming certain benefits
  • Fuel Debt
  • Who to contact for benefit assessment
  • Support organisations in our area
  • Energy Efficiency to keep bills down
