After School Clubs and Community Clubs

There are over 30 schools in South Bucks catering for up to 8,000 young people aged between 4 and 18. This is probably the first chance many young people get to experience sporting cultural activities. Our Arts and Sports Teams work with our schools to provide further opportunities for young people to take part in a variety of activities.

Sports
South Bucks District Council are working in partnership with Dorney Rowing Lake, the world-class rowing facility, to provide coaching for 10-16 year olds. We are approaching schools to run either curriculum or after school clubs so if you think that your child's school would benefit from this scheme please call our Sport and Recreation Officer on 01895 837348.

Arts
At present the leisure department runs an Art community club in Denham.
