OLYMPIC ANGELS
MONA LISA Arts & Media are facilitating the Olympic Angels Visual Arts Project as part of the Windows Wall & Wishes 2012 Project. Promoting Olympics and Paralympics spiritual values, PEACE, UNITY, FRIENDSHIP, RESPECT, COURAGE, DETERMINATION, INSPIRATION, ASPIRATION, EXCELLENCE. We are engaging professional artists to work with people of all ages and backgrounds to create artworks and sculptural installations in response to the spiritual values outlined above. The Olympic Angels Visual Arts Project will begin in the Burnham Cluster of Schools in September 2011 and workshops will be organised in the local community and surrounding area. The Olympic Angels project to be completed May 2012, Angel sculptures to be installed in various locations to form the basis of an arts trail.
