Golf Coaching For Young People 

The Lanes Golf Course in Stoke Poges is offering young people aged between 14-25 years the opportunity to attend a new five week course where they will be coached by a fully qualified PGA Golf Professional.

Skills and techniques will be taught on the driving range before progressing on to the golf course. The course is ideal for both beginners and those who would like to brush up on their current skills.

South Bucks District Councillor Anita Cranmer Portfolio Holder for Community, says, “With less than a year to go before the Olympic Games come to London, the Council, as a host authority, is encouraging young people to take up a new sport. This new and exciting Sportivate golfing course is just one of the opportunities being offered. The course will be held at the Council’s own venue which offers a fantastic state of the art floodlit driving range and an excellent 9 hole academy course.’’

The Sportivate golfing course at The Lanes Golf Club in Stoke Poges costs just £10, that’s only £2 per week! starting on Wednesday 16th November 6.45pm-7.45pm. Booking is essential as spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
