Notice Of By-Election For Denham South

1. There is to be an election to elect one Parish Councillor in:
Denham South

2. Nomination papers for the Parish Election may be obtained from the Denham Parish Clerk or Council Offices, Capswood, Oxford Road, Denham, UB9 4LH from the Returning Officer who will, at the request of an elector for any electoral area prepare a nomination paper for signature.

3. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Council Offices, Capswood, Oxford Road, Denham, UB9 4LH no later than noon 3rd February 2012.

4. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 1st March 2012.

Postal and Proxy voting

Electors and their proxies should take note that applications or changes to applications to be treated as a postal voter must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council Offices, Capswood, Oxford Road, Denham, UXBRIDGE, UB9 4LH by 5pm on Wednesday 15th February 2012.

Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council Offices, Capswood, Oxford Road, Denham, UB9 4LH by 5pm on Wednesday 22nd February 2012.

Applications for emergency proxy votes where the applicant became disabled after after 5pm on Wednesday, 22nd February 2012, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council Offices, Capswood, Oxford Road, Denham, UB9 4LH by 5pm on Thursday 1st March 2012.
