South Bucks District Council Off-Street Parking Places Variation Notice (NO 1) 2011
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the South Bucks District Council Off-Street Parking Places Consolidation Order as amended by the South Bucks District Council Off-Street Parking Places (Amendment No 1) Order 2011, will be varied under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Order Procedure (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers, in accordance with the Schedule below:-

The ‘Varied Charges’ for the Six Month Season Tickets as listed in the Schedule above will only be available to purchase between
1 November 2011 and
30 November 2011 i.e. the Varied Charges will only apply to the Six Month Season Tickets when purchased during this limited period.
From 1 December 2011 the Charge for the Six Month Season Tickets will revert to the ‘Current Charge’ as listed in the Schedule above.
