Properties which are solely named can be changed subject to name checks and that the proposed new name is not duplicated, or similar to other property names within the postal area. This service is subject to an administration charge. Charges are listed on the table below.

Note - Charges plus VAT. Street nameplates cost around £90 each depending on the number of letters. The remainder of the charge is made up of administration and installation.
