Tatling End Housing Project

In March 2017 South Bucks District Council purchased the former Gerrards Cross Police station site on Oxford Road, Tatling End for redevelopment.

Work has now begun on this exciting project brought to you by South Bucks District Council in partnership with Willmott Dixon.

The new development will consist of 34 brand new 1 and 2-bedroom apartments providing 20 apartments for private rent and 14 apartments that meet the 40% affordable housing requirement. The properties will have shared and private amenity space and parking.

The planning application was given approval on 17 August 2018 and work on the site began in February 2019. The application can be viewed via the planning pages using the reference 17/02396/FUL.

We are anticipating works to be completed by summer 2020. You can see how the site is progressing via the webcam. The camera is configured to take a photo every three minutes between the hours of 8am-6pm, 7 days a week.

Timelapse Video

Take a look at our time-lapse video showing the new housing development taking shape. It follows the site through every stage of its construction from the demolition of the old police houses and police station to the finishing touches. We anticipate the homes will all be completed in the next couple of months. Watch the short video below.
