1. Please complete the following to request an emailed copy of a Completion certificate and/or Building Regulations Decision Notice. Once the non-refundable payment has been received, the copies will be emailed to you within five working days. If your request is urgent, there may be a possibility to send the documents sooner, however this may incur an extra cost.
  
  Please note that these requests are for copies of notices and certificates that have already been issued. If you are in need of a final inspection so that a completion certificate can be issued, please call 01895 837296 for the South/East, 01494 421403 for the West or 01296 585460 for the North/Central.
  
  Please note, we do not hold documents relating to any work carried out by Approved Inspectors or work carried out under the Competent Persons Scheme eg FENSA, GASAFE, NICEIC, NAPIT, ELECSA etc.
