Food Waste

The food recycling collection service is operating normally.

Garden Waste

The garden waste service is suspended

The garden waste service in the former South Bucks District Council Area is suspended. This is because Covid-19 cases continue to severely reduce staffing levels and we must use available staff to support general rubbish, food, clinical and recycling collections. Garden waste is not hazardous if left for longer than two weeks and can still be home-composted, or taken to resident's nearest Household Recycling Centre. We are working with our contractor to reinstate the service as soon as possible. This page will be updated when the service is reinstated. We will advise about contract extensions to cover collections that are missed in due course. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

The recycling service is operating normally.

General rubbish

The general rubbish service is operating normally.

Medical Waste (including COVID-19 waste)

Sharps and sack collections are occurring as business as usual for residents who already have this service set up. Customers should request collections as they usually do (sharps only).

Schools who are conducting lateral flow testing should dispose of tests in their general rubbish bins. Please double bag all tests before disposal.

Bulky waste

The bulky waste collection service is operating normally, however, slots for collections are limited. Bookings can now be made online or by calling customer service on  01895 837333.

Following government guidelines on social distancing, our crews will only collect items from the edge of your property boundary. We will not enter any property to collect items. We will not assist in moving items. To protect our crews, please do not book this service if any persons in your household have diagnosed or suspected Covid-19 symptoms.

Fly tip removal

We are currently prioritising the removal of fly tips that are imminently dangerous to life or health. The removal of non-urgent fly tips is likely to be delayed.
